Chess meeting

Hi Guys,  we will have a chess meet up on Wednesday 25.10.23 at the earlier time of 5.30pm until 7pm in the canteen. You can join in at any time. We will aim to play 3 x 20/30 min games each.

It would be great to have some beginners attend this week and I will do some lessons with rules and basic openings.

Also, I will have some delicious fresh Belgian chocolate doughnuts for all that attend.

We have booked prefab 7 outside for tomorrow at 18.30.

We will be leaving from the canteen at 18.25 tomorrow for anyone who doesn’t know how to get there.

3.   Chess Workshops and Lectures: Sharpen your skills with expert-led workshops and lectures. Whether you're a beginner looking to learn the basics or an advanced player aiming to master advanced techniques, we have something for everyone.

4.   Chess Simultaneous Exhibitions: Challenge yourself by playing against strong players, including titled players, in simultaneous exhibitions. It's a unique opportunity to learn from the best and improve your game.

5.   Chess Puzzle Competitions: Hold puzzle-solving competitions where members can solve chess puzzles for prizes or recognition.
